The fire alarm woke us at 5am. Another resident smoked in their room. the hotel did not offer a discount on checkout. i found this quite disappointing. it really disrupted our relaxing break and i would have expected some acknowledgement.

i found parking very easy and plentiful upon arrival. the room felt very comfortable. the breakfast had a plentiful selection. i would book another stay here if i am ever in the area.
my room was in need of an update with some fixtures showing their age. the doors were a bit battered. the tv looked like it was from the 90s and had a bright red light i had to cover to sleep.

the hotel has a spa area with a sauna and an outdoor hot tub; however, the sauna was at 58 degrees. the restaurant is beautifully designed, creating a very pleasant dining atmosphere and experience for guests.

the staff was very welcoming from arrival. some staff, such as gracieann, stand out due to their exceptional service and personality. the staff were also very helpful in setting up the gallery before guests arrived.

i found the staff very friendly and efficient . the breakfast had many choices available, i appreciated the variety. i had one evening meal in the restaurant, and it was quite satisfactory. the bar offered a good selection of draught beers.
the blinds in my room did not close fully , and the lights from the terrace shone into the room all night. it made it difficult to sleep, but i managed. it wasn't ideal.

the staff provided prompt assistance and clear information during my stay, which i noted. i asked for an additional towel, and it was brought to my room within ten minutes. this showed attentiveness.

i booked a family room and it had two bedrooms it felt spacious and clean. the shower was powerful and refreshing i loved it. i asked the staff to change the bedding while we were at the wedding and they did a fantastic job even tidying up our mess.
my room needed a bit of updating some fixtures showed some age i have to say.
