I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the Christmas party was a highlight, but the rooms felt dated and not up to par for the price. The executive room we eventually moved to was spacious and comfortable, but getting there was a struggle with family gear, and the initial standard family room was hot and cramped. The staff, especially Abbey, went above and beyond to help us, which made a real difference. However, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families with young children due to the impractical room setup and limited amenities for kids.
